Rolling Thunder – Mickey Hart (Warner Bro. BS 2635) Garcia, Weir, and Lesh help out. Early releases had a sticker on the front shrinkwrap and an advertisement insert in the rear.  Released in May, 1972. The song “The Main Ten” evolved into “Playing In The Band”, and “The Pump Song” evolved into “The Greatest Story Ever Told”.
